Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website for real-time updates on your delivery status.

If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday – Friday), please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Custom orders typically ship within 15–20 business days from final design approval.

We ship to every country worldwide. Here are your options:

• Standard Shipping — $10: Estimated delivery in 3–17 working days.
• Express Shipping — $25: Estimated delivery in 3–11 working days.
• Free Shipping: Orders totalling $250 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping — applied at checkout, no code needed.

Please note that custom-made jackets ship within 15–20 days from design approval, regardless of shipping method selected. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days.

We want you to love your jacket. Here is a summary of our policy:

• Standard returns: Unused, non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back.
• Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days and we will cover all replacement and shipping costs.
• Custom & personalized jackets: These are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to your original payment method.

Our jackets are available in a wide range of sizes to fit men, women, and kids. All jackets feature a unisex athletic fit. We also offer:

• TALL sizes — an extra 1.5” (4cm) in both sleeve and body length
• XTALL sizes — an extra 3” (8cm) in both sleeve and body length

We're sorry to hear that — this can occasionally happen due to carrier errors. Here's what to do:

• Check with neighbours or anyone at your address who may have accepted the parcel.
• Check any safe spots the carrier may have left it (porch, mailroom, building reception).
• Wait 24 hours as tracking sometimes updates ahead of actual delivery.
• If it still hasn't arrived, contact us immediately via email or phone. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, dispatch a replacement order at no cost to you.
