Returns and Refund Policy

At Varsity Jacket Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below for all the information you need to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Refund Requests

If you wish to return an unused item, please email us within 30 days from the date you received your product. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the required instructions to process your return.

Damaged Parcel

If the product you received is damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the shipping costs for its return. To ensure a smooth process, please email us a picture of the damaged product. Once we receive the picture, we will resend the product to you and cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product and would like to return it, you can send the unused product back to us. However, the shipping cost for returns will be at your expense.

Didn’t Like the Product?

If you received the product and simply didn’t like it, you may return it for a refund. As per our policy, you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your product for another of equal value, you can return the original item to us. The return shipping cost will be at your expense. We’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Custom Varsity Jackets and Decorated Letterman Jackets

We have specific rules for custom and decorated items:

  • Blank (Non-Decorated) Varsity Jackets: If you wish to return a blank, non-decorated varsity jacket, you will need to request a prior authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your jacket. Claims for damaged or defective jackets should be made within 10 days of receipt. You can request an authorization number by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
  • Decorated Jackets: If your decorated jacket has been incorrectly or improperly personalized, please notify our Customer Support Team within 10 days of receiving it. We will make the necessary adjustments or provide corrective action as required.
  • Worn or Altered Garments: Please note that worn or altered garments cannot be returned. We strongly recommend inspecting your jacket upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Special Custom Orders

Special orders and custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable. Personalized items are custom made for you and cannot be returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting, as we cannot make changes once your custom order is in production.

Receiving the Wrong Product

If you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct product and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Parcel Not Delivered

If your parcel has not been delivered on time, please inform us via email. If, after our intervention, the parcel is still not delivered, we will dispatch a new order at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation During Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order while it’s in transit, you will need to either return the parcel or reject it upon delivery.

Return Instructions

To return an item, please ensure the following:

  • Email us before returning any item.
  • Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.
  • Share the tracking number with us once you ship the returned item.

We are not responsible for any items returned without prior notification to our email.

Time Frame for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please ensure your return request is made within this period.

Refund Timeline

Refunds typically take 10 to 15 working days to process from the date we confirm your refund request.

Payment Methods for Refunds

For your security, all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Bulk orders are also non-refundable unless there’s a defect or error with the order.
  • Custom and special orders (including personalized items) are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
