Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers all over the world. No matter where you are located, we will get your jacket to you. Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Shipping Rates

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • Ready-Made Jackets: Dispatched within 48 hours. Delivered in 2 – 17 working days (Standard) or 2 – 11 working days (Express).
  • Custom / Personalized Jackets: Please allow 15 to 20 working days for production plus shipping time. Custom designs take additional time to ensure they are crafted exactly to your specifications.

Delivery Window

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, our trusted courier partners typically deliver during standard business hours:

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Public Holidays: No deliveries on public holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance for international orders. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your parcel in real time, every step of the way.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

We completely understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately via email. Our team will respond within one business day and work diligently to resolve the issue for you.

Order Shows Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us right away. Our customer support team will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue within one working day.

Missing Item in Your Order?

If your order arrives incomplete, please first check your email to see if items were shipped separately. If that is not the case, contact us immediately and we will ensure your complete order is delivered at no additional cost to you.

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country’s customs authority.
