The original American letterman was wool, leather and nothing clever. The Forest Green and Royal Blue Letterman Jacket holds to that recipe: a forest green melton wool body, royal blue cowhide leather sleeves, snaps instead of anything modern, and knit trims striped the way team suppliers did it. The pattern has barely moved since.

A mid-century pattern sewn with current thread and hide, so the look is old and the garment is not. Blue with green was a common school pairing then and it still reads that way now.

All of our jackets feature a unisex athletic fit, designed to suit both men and women. TALL sizes offer an additional 1.5” (4cm) in sleeve and body length, while XTALL sizes provide an extra 3” (8cm) in both sleeve and body length.
