The original American letterman came in one tone for a reason: it looked like uniform. The Hunter Green and Green Varsity Jacket follows that idea, with a dark hunter green melton wool body and green leather sleeves close enough in shade to read as a single piece. Period spacing on the snaps, period width on the knits.

Tonal green was a common school color in the fifties and it still looks right today. Expect the leather to soften and mark as you wear it, which is the point.

All of our jackets feature a unisex athletic fit, designed to suit both men and women. TALL sizes offer an additional 1.5” (4cm) in sleeve and body length, while XTALL sizes provide an extra 3” (8cm) in both sleeve and body length.
